Job Description
We are looking for IT Engineer to coordinate with our management and support to upscale our business. You will be exposed to variety of technical tasks, providing various career paths to develop your professional skills, including data center management, DevOps, networking, etc. What are your responsibilities? - Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades/maintenance as required. - Provide prompt and efficient onsite/remote technical support to company users. - Contribute knowledge base to provide users with simple and clear guidance. - Part of internal IT projects, in charge of onboarding/offboarding of all IT projects and end-user computing services. - Liaise with service providers and vendors. - Convey issues clearly to next-level engineers or teams. - Provide user training as and when required. - 執行及時的工作站硬體、軟體升級和維護 - 向企業員工提供及時高效的現場或遠程支援 - 建設知識庫，向企業内部提供簡潔高效的技術指引 - 參與 IT 項目，負責 IT 項目或系統的引入和退出 - 與服務、設備供應商保持聯絡，溝通有關事項 - 匯總整理問題情況，升級至更高級工程師或團隊以供處置 - 向企業員工提供必要的技術培訓 Who are we looking for? - Open for Fresh Graduates - Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and/or other related courses - Able to communicate in English (reading, speaking, and writing) - Additional languages Thai, and Korean will be an advantage. - Be willing to work on shift/standby during the weekend (when required) - Good understanding of computer hardware and software, networking, and office eqiuipments. - Good knowledge of Microsoft products, e.g, Windows, Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. - Good interpersonal, communication, and professional interfacing abilities with a variety of users within the company. - Strong sense of responsibility, and well time management abilities. - 接受畢業生申請 - 至少擁有資訊技術或相關學術專業的學士學位 - 可使用英文溝通（包含讀、講、寫），如掌握泰語、韓語之一更佳 - 接受周末輪班、待命（如必要時） - 對電腦硬體、軟體、網絡、辦公設備有良好的認知 - 對 Microsoft 產品如 Windows, M365、Word、Excel、PowerPoint 有良好的知識 - 有良好的人際關係、溝通能力和與公司内部各類專業同事的對接能力 - 有强烈的責任心和時間管理能力 What are our benefits? - Rewarding career development with regional exposure - Double pay - Performance bonus - Medical insurance - Five-day work week - Daily snacks & weekly afternoon tea - Focus on a booming industry and a well-planned development strategy - Friendly and open work environment with a young, energetic team
