Job Description
Job Duties: Handle account receivable and general ledger transactions Prepare month end closing and auditing related tasks Provide general clerical support Daily accounting record maintenance Perform ad hoc duties assigned Requirements: Currently studying in related subjects (e.g. BBA or Accounting) Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing Knowledge in accounting system, experienced in quickbook or Xero will be an advantage Good command in Chinese and English Self-motivated, responsible, independence and able to work under pressure with tight timeline Priority will be given to candidates who are available to work as a part-time intern for at least 2 days per week after the internship period (Dec 2023 - Jan 2024) Interested candidates please send a full resume with expected hourly salary, information collected will only be used for recruitment.
