Sales & Business Development: Receive training, learn and improve on consultative selling skills Prospecting to inbound potential clients to identify qualified leads and opportunities Aim to fulfill marketing and sales KPIs to achieve team and company goals Drive improvements for the larger sales and business development process Assist in turning high quality leads into long-term customers with good sales ethics Support new growth and marketing projects on lead generations Nurture and maintain good relationships with potential clients and key partners Drive and leverage various external funding sources to enhance sales impact Digital Marketing Delivery: Receive training, learn and improve on digital marketing skills Manage and handle our portfolio of client accounts digital service delivery Host and conduct strategy and planning meetings with external clients Set goals and define KPIs for different development stages for clients and projects Generate solid growth ideas and suggestions for service clients in professional quality Formulate quarterly plan and milestones for the areas that you own Support marketing lead acquisition activities and campaigns with other teammates Manage clients digital channels including SEO, SEM and Google Analytics Perform channel performance analysis and business growth reporting Perform A/B testing for various channels and analyze campaign results Provide support on local and regional marketing expansion projects Provide user feedback on in-house developed AI and marketing automation software
