Job Description

Job Responsibilities • Provide full support to Operations Team • Handle customer enquiries and complaints (telephone calls, emails, whatsapp and FB/IG as needed) • Handle logistics operations, including but not limited to, order handling, preparing relevant documentation and delivery arrangements, etc. • Handle ad hoc project and administration works as assigned by Supervisor Job Requirement • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines • Minimum 1 year of operations or Customer services role • Experience in FMCG firms is an advantage • Cheerful with a growth mindset • Strong problem-solving skills and result-oriented mentality • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing • Immediate availability preferred
