Job Description

The Role -Participate in the brainstorming, planning, and overall execution of various regional and global educational events including webinars and exhibitions, in both physical and virtual formats; -Responsible for sponsorship solicitation, speaker invitation, publicity planning and participant recruitment for conferences and competitions; -Plan and manage social media channels and website; -Develop eye-catching and engaging bi-lingual content for ATL and BTL marketing; -Review and report on event performance to strategize for leads generation and retention; -Actively seek event and marketing opportunities to increase touch points with prospective partners and customers and present Caprikon Education’s products and services; -Work closely with various internal and external parties including schools, PR agencies, production houses, IT solutions providers, media partners, etc.; and -Support in other ad hoc duties as required. Qualifications -University graduates, preferably in disciplines of marketing, event management, public relations or communications; -4+ years of experience in relevant fields; -Prior experience in Education industry and/or good understanding of trends within the education sector is a definite advantage; -Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; -Strong analytical, interpersonal and critical thinking skills; and -Independent, self-driven and detail-minded.
