Job Description

• Provide regular product updates, training & product expertise support to internal teams • Conduct testing and perform evaluations on the functions of products according to the specifications. • Source, collect, filter and organize market data and prepare reports and analysis • Connect closely with China team to translate product specifications for sales team to enhance sales opportunities • Enhance marketing performance and promote product and marketing innovations • Acquire competitors’ products for product comparison, perform the comparison and prepare reports accordingly • Observe product trend and news closely and identify new business opportunities • Support customer service enquiry and ad-hoc duties as assigned
