Job Description

We are currently looking for a Brand Sales & Marketing Trainee, a person who is innovative, creative and fun, who can constantly inject new and creative ideas into the Company’s sales & marketing campaigns and projects and convert their ideas into deliverables from scratch, in turn maximizing brand awareness and mass acquisition. What you’ll do: - Constantly deliver fun and creative ideas that can convert into effective sales & marketing campaigns, through online and offline formats (i.e. social media, eDMs, newsletters, showcases, pop-up events…) - Plan and execute public seasonal (i.e., Halloween / Christmas) ticketing / pop-up events - Engage with social accounts, media agencies, lifestyle brands, KOL and establish strong relationship to maximize the Company’s feature opportunity - Analyze and report on industry and competitor activities to derive actionable insights for promotional activities and content ideas - Constantly on the hunt for potential brand collaborations related to lifestyle merchandise, cultural or F&B products, and workshops - Assist manager in developing sales & marketing strategies and creative campaign planning to maximize brand awareness, leads acquisition and sales generation - Assist managers and business development team in negotiation and acquiring partnerships, by preparing materials, reports and presentation decks What you’ll need: - Bachelor's degree, in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines is a plus - Experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Travel or Concierge Service is a plus - Fresh graduates who are passionate and with an entrepreneurship spirit are welcome - Highly collaborative and not afraid to work independently when required - Excellent communication manner - Creative, attentive to details and willing to deliver more than ask
