Job Description
Responsibilities: • Provide general office IT support on daily operations • Provide phone or remote IT support • Perform health check and maintain the systems stability and availability • Responsible for PC/Server/Network/ Hardware/ Mobile Device setup or application programs installation upon requests • Responsible for IT supplies purchasing • Maintain inventory record of computer hardware & software • Assist in ad-hoc IT assignments as required Requirements: • Knowledge in Information Technology, Computer Science • Strong problem-solving skills • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Mandarin • Self-motivated and a good team player • A proactive manner with a great sense of responsibility
